A Celebration of Christmas

On Sunday 30^th November the club celebrated another very successful Carol Concert with around 450 or more guests and members of the Tendring area gathering in the West Cliff Theatre.

Our sincere thanks go everyone involved in the afternoon – the volunteer theatre staff, our Honoured Guests, the Rev David Murray who led the service, the Octavia Singers, Chase Lane Junior & Primary School choir from Harwich and of course all the members of public who came to support us.

The collection, when re-counted and the coins included, was found to have raised £1,209.54 – up from the initial £1100 [in notes] as announced at the service. This fantastic amount will allow us to continue to support those in need at this time of year, so “Thank you so much for your donations”
